The Designer is often the gatekeeper that facilitates the physical reality of a client's vision. This gatekeeper role is critically important when designing and building Green spaces, as successful implementation of Green requires collaboration of design, designers, property owners, vendors and contractors. Once the parameters that define Green are understood, it is easy to apply those strategies to design, material selection, and construction and help a client realize improved quality of design, quality of life, and return on investment.
